Hi, my name is Katrine Dybdahl and I am the owner of the Boligkontoret. For more than 25 years, we have specialized in renting homes in most of Zealand from Gilleleje in the north to Roskilde. The first meeting
This meeting can be by telephone or physically with a focus on you getting all possible questions clarified. We review your home together, where you then get a realistic offer of what you can get in rent. This is of course completely non-binding.

The dissemination agreement

Screenings and rentals
We present your home and draw up a professional lease so that you can be sure that all laws and regulations are complied with. Once the home has been rented out, we can help with a move-in report and that your home is rented out in good condition. We can assist with everything from cleaning, painting and floor sanding, etc., if you e.g. are abroad or do not even want to stand fora this.
